We are looking to add an Integration Specialist to our team, ideally working in our Birmingham, AL headquarters. The Integration Specialist is an essential part of the Waverly Advisors team and our M&A strategy. As an Integration Specialist working in the pre-close phase of acquisitions, you will be responsible for the collection and analysis of data from the selling firm as we complete due diligence. Additionally, you will own the process for obtaining and tracking client consent. You will work closely with the rest of the pre-close integration team as well as build positive relationships with clients. A successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate with clients and team members and have excellent attention to detail, an energetic and positive mindset, and a willingness to learn. Resiliency, flexibility, and the ability to anticipate needs are necessary in all tasks and responsibilities.
